Starlink released a new router called the "Router Mini," which offers Wi-Fi 6 capabilities and built-in Ethernet WAN and LAN ports.

The Router Mini also offers mesh capabilities and can connect with Gen 2 and Gen 3 routers. It can also connect to the Mini dish embedded router to extend the range of your Wi-Fi.
One particularly appealing aspect of this new router is the price - it is offered for only $40, making it a very reasonable add-on to your current system.
The Starlink Router Mini is a perfect add-on to the Mini dish's embedded router when you need to position the dish further from your devices. While Wi-Fi mesh technology can keep the Mini Dish and Router Mini connected, the best performance will be when a hardwired connection is established between the dish and the router.
The Router Mini can also be used with existing Gen 2 and Gen 3 routers (either via hardwire connection or Wi-Fi mesh) if you want to expand your Wi-Fi range. This could be helpful if you are keeping your Gen 2 or Gen 3 router in a bay outside your RV, as the Mini router can be placed inside the RV for better Wi-Fi connectivity to your devices.
Note: The Starlink Router Mini cannot power the Gen 2 or Gen 3 dish, so it cannot replace those routers for that hardware.
The Router Mini is as small as you would expect from the name. It comes in at 5.4” x 3.3” x 1”, which is a lot smaller than the Gen 2 or Gen 3 routers
