Starlink has once again lowered the price of the Starlink Mini, with the smallest and most portable dish now available for just $149 when purchased directly from Starlink.
This is the lowest price we have seen for an outright Starlink Mini purchase, and it is $50 less than Starlink’s previous $199 pricing. The $149 price is also $100 below the $249 price still listed by major third-party retailers such as Best Buy and Home Depot.
A promotional email from Starlink describes the Mini as “typically $249.” This makes the $149 price look more like a sale than a permanent price reduction, although Starlink has not provided an expiration date and the order page does not show that it's on sale.
The 12-month installment option has also dropped to $12.41 per month. That brings the 12-month total to $148.92, making it just slightly cheaper than paying the full $149 upfront.
The $149 offer is for an outright hardware purchase, not one of the free rental Mini kits Starlink offers with select plans. A compatible Starlink service plan is still required to use the dish.
The Starlink Mini has become popular with RVers, boaters, and other mobile users because of its compact size, integrated router, and lower power consumption. With optional accessories, it can also be powered directly from a DC electrical system.
If you are looking to add a Starlink Mini to your internet arsenal or pick up a spare dish, this might be a good time for that.
