Ubiquiti (and its UniFi product line) is best known for network infrastructure products like Wi-Fi access points, Ethernet switches, gateways/routers, and security cameras, all managed through a unified interface aimed at small businesses, prosumers, and multi-site deployments. They have a tightly integrated hardware and software ecosystem that enables Ubiquiti products to be easily managed through a single interface.
Historically, UniFi gear focused on wired broadband WAN connections and used cellular primarily as a failover option. However, Ubiquiti now offers more advanced 5G cellular WAN options that may be attractive to mobile users who like the UniFi ecosystem, but these are still primarily designed for fixed-location use cases.

Routers can serve as a central conductor of your local area network in your RV and boat.
