Accessibility Statement for Mobile Internet Resource Center
The Mobile Internet Resource Center ("MIRC"), owned by Entergy Group, LLC and part of the MobileMustHave.com family of brands, is committed to improving digital accessibility and providing reasonable access to MIRC's information and services.
Accessibility is an ongoing process, particularly because MIRC includes legacy content, third-party technologies, embedded media, and community features accumulated over many years.
We believe people with disabilities should be able to access the educational resources, news, product information, community resources, and services available through MIRC.
Accessibility Standard
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference standard for our ongoing accessibility efforts. Our goal is to improve the accessibility and usability of rvmobileinternet.com over time.
WCAG is an internationally recognized set of guidelines developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) to improve accessibility for people with disabilities.
Because MIRC is a large and continuously updated website containing legacy content, third-party integrations, embedded media, and community features, accessibility may vary across different portions of the site.
Unless expressly stated otherwise following a formal accessibility assessment, this statement should not be interpreted as a representation that every page, feature, or piece of content fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Accessibility Efforts
Accessibility considerations may be incorporated into website development, maintenance, redesigns, platform upgrades, and content updates.
- Considering accessibility when designing or updating website features and content.
- Using semantic page structure and accessible web-development practices where practical.
- Providing alternative text for meaningful images where appropriate.
- Reviewing navigation, color contrast, labels, forms, links, buttons, and other interface elements as the site is updated.
- Evaluating accessibility issues identified through testing, internal review, automated tools, or user feedback.
- Considering accessibility when selecting and implementing new website technologies and third-party services.
- Exploring alternative ways to provide MIRC information or services when an accessibility barrier is brought to our attention.
Accessibility is an ongoing part of maintaining and modernizing MIRC rather than a one-time project.
Known Limitations
MIRC includes a substantial library of legacy articles, guides, videos, downloadable materials, member resources, embedded content, and third-party functionality accumulated over many years.
As a result, some older content, third-party components, or legacy functionality may present accessibility barriers or may not perform consistently with all assistive technologies.
We do not currently represent that every legacy page, document, video, embedded service, or interactive feature has been individually evaluated for WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance.
When we become aware of accessibility issues affecting MIRC-controlled content or functionality, we may evaluate appropriate remediation as part of our ongoing maintenance and modernization efforts.
If an accessibility barrier prevents you from accessing information or functionality, please contact us so we can work with you to identify an alternative means of access where reasonably available.
Third-Party Content and Services
MIRC uses and links to third-party platforms and services, which may include video platforms, social media services, membership tools, payment systems, embedded content, analytics services, and other external technologies.
We do not control the accessibility of independent third-party platforms, embedded content, or services.
If a third-party accessibility issue prevents access to MIRC information or services, you may contact us and we will consider whether an alternative means of access is reasonably available.
Browser and Assistive Technology Compatibility
We aim to support current versions of major web browsers and commonly used assistive technologies.
Compatibility may vary depending on the browser, operating system, assistive technology, device, website feature, and third-party components being used.
For the best experience, we recommend using current versions of your browser, operating system, and assistive technology.
Technical Approach
MIRC relies on standard web technologies to provide its website and digital services.
As the website is updated, we seek to incorporate established accessibility practices involving page structure, navigation, forms, images, interactive elements, and other website components where practical.
Because MIRC includes legacy systems and third-party components, implementation and accessibility may vary across different portions of the website.
Feedback and Accessibility Assistance
We welcome feedback about the accessibility of the Mobile Internet Resource Center.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, have difficulty accessing content or a feature, or need information provided in an alternative format, please contact us.
When contacting us, it is helpful to include the page or feature you were trying to access and a brief description of the problem so we can better understand the issue.

We make reasonable efforts to respond to accessibility-related inquiries promptly. Some requests or technical issues may require additional time to investigate or address.
Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility standards, technology, and the MIRC website continue to evolve.
Accessibility improvements may be incorporated into normal website maintenance, redesigns, platform upgrades, content updates, and other development work as appropriate.
User feedback is also an important way for us to identify accessibility barriers that automated testing or internal review may not detect.
Assessment Approach
MIRC may evaluate accessibility through methods such as:
- Internal review
- Automated accessibility testing
- Manual review of website features
- Review during website or platform updates
- Feedback from users
Unless otherwise stated, MIRC has not made a formal claim that the entire website has been independently audited or certified as conforming to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Automated accessibility tools and other testing methods have limitations and may not identify every accessibility barrier.
Statement Maintenance
This Accessibility Statement may be updated as MIRC's website, technology, and accessibility practices evolve.
