These Terms of Use & Disclosure ("Terms") govern your use of the Mobile Internet Resource Center ("MIRC," "we," "us," or "our"), including rvmobileinternet.com, mobileinternetinfo.com, MIRC-branded video content, social media communities, newsletters, member resources, and other content or services we provide (collectively, the "Services").

MIRC is owned and operated by Entergy Group, LLC and is part of the MobileMustHave.com family of brands.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

Educational and Informational Purpose

MIRC provides education, news, analysis, product information, testing, commentary, and community resources relating to mobile internet, connectivity, technology, power, and other aspects of the mobile lifestyle.

How MIRC Is Funded

Producing and maintaining in-depth educational resources, testing products, researching industry developments, producing videos, and supporting our community requires significant staff, technology, equipment, and infrastructure.

MIRC's primary role is education, research, analysis, testing, news, and community support. MobileMustHave is a commerce and services business that sells products, memberships, connectivity services, and other solutions.

Some MIRC content may include purchasing links to MobileMustHave. Revenue generated through MobileMustHave ultimately benefits the commonly owned Entergy Group organization and may help support MIRC's continued operation.

MIRC members may also receive pricing, discounts, benefits, services, or other offers from MobileMustHave or other Entergy Group brands.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MIRC and the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Entergy Group, LLC and MIRC make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, availability, suitability, performance, or results of the Services or information made available through them.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Entergy Group, LLC, MIRC, MobileMustHave.com, and their respective affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, contributors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the Services or information provided through MIRC.

This includes, without limitation, losses related to:

• Product purchases or purchasing decisions
• Service plans or subscriptions
• Installation or configuration decisions
• Equipment failures
• Loss of internet or cellular connectivity
• Lost data
• Business interruption or lost income
• Travel disruptions
• Compatibility issues
• Coverage or performance differences
• Changes to products, services, pricing, plans, or policies

To the extent liability cannot legally be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Services will not exceed the amount you directly paid to MIRC or Entergy Group for the applicable MIRC service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Entergy Group, LLC, MIRC, and their affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of another party's rights.

Suspension or Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to MIRC accounts, memberships, community features, or other Services when reasonably necessary, including in response to violations of these Terms, misuse of our Services, security concerns, abusive behavior, or unlawful activity.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should continue after termination will survive termination, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification provisions.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by the MIRC Privacy Policy.

Because MIRC is part of the Entergy Group family of brands, information may be shared among Entergy Group, LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and commonly controlled brands as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, technologies, commercial relationships, or legal requirements.

When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the Services.
